Japan's Leopalace21 Taken Private in $1.6 Billion Deal

A consortium involving Hikari Tsushin and MBK Partners has completed the $1.6 billion take private of Japanese rental housing company Leopalace21. The deal demonstrates continued investor interest in large property and accommodation platforms with established operations. HPC can source hotel groups, serviced accommodation, rental platforms and leisure property businesses for international investors.
